Alex de Asis – Analyst/Underwriter
Alex joined Citifund in 2023 bringing with him 7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor. During his time as a Quantity Surveyor, he has monitored construction loans from land & servicing, light industrial, multi-family and single-family residential developments with varying complexities in loan programs. Alex understands the details of the construction process and brings these important skills to his work as an Analyst and Underwriter.
